Day 1: Amsterdam, The Netherlands

• Land in Amsterdam
• Head to De Carrousel Wetering Circuit for dinner

Day 2: Amsterdam

• Sleep in and head to Coco’s Corner for breakfast
• Venture over to Rembrandt Square
• Head to Amsterdam Palace in Dam Square and play with the pigeons
• Walk over to Kalverstraat to shop. The kids were big fans of Lego Store and a store with rubber duckies, Mama Ducks Store
• Stop at Stoop and Stoop eetcafe for a drink
• Go to dinner at 5 Terre Ristorante Italiano
• Take a canal tour via Rederij Kooij

Days 3: Lisse and Amsterdam

• Head to Lisse for the world‑famous Keukenhof Tulip Festival
• Take the bus back to Amsterdam and have burgers at Ter Marsch & Co
• Go back to Dam Square to play with the pigeons again then go to Madame Tussauds in the same square
• Finish the evening of with stroopwafels from Van Wonderen Stroopwafels

Day 4: Amsterdam to Antwerp, Belgium

• Go to Blin Queen for breakfast before heading over to Antwerp for a day trip
• When you arrive in Antwerp, take in the beauty of the Antwerp train station, also known as the “Railway Cathedral”
• Immediately outside of the train station, walk to the right and straight into the Zoo Antwerpen
• Walk over to the Het Steen fortress
• Head over to the House of Waffles for lunch. You have got to get a Belgian waffle and a Stella Artois!
• Wrap up the day at Chocolate Nation, the chocolate museum
• Take the train back to your hotel in Amsterdam

*If the carnival is in town like it was for us, you have to check it out right outside of the train station. The girls had a blast and it was a great place to wrap up our time in Belgium.

Days 5-6: Amsterdam to Hamburg, Germany

• Take the train to Hamburg and visit Wildpark Lüneburger Heide 

*Note we were in Hamburg visiting friends so the majority of the time was spent spending time with them. Aside from the wildpark, we cannot provide any other specific recommendations as visitors from outside of this city but hope to in the future!

Day 7: Hamburg to Billund, Denmark

• Rent a car and drive towards Billund, Denmark. Stop at Wikinger Museum Haithabu, the Viking museum in Schleswig-Holstein, Germany
• Eat at Cafe Ringelnatz for lunch
• Continue your drive to Hotel Legoland in Billund, Denmark

Day 8: Legoland in Billund

• Visit Legoland
• Eat dinner at the castle restaurant which is all you can eat and drink

Day 9: Lalandia in Billund

• Walk to Lalandia, Scandanavia’s largest water park

Day 10: Billund to Copenhagen, Denmark

• Eat lunch at Max Burger in Ringsted
• Go on a hunt to find the Six Forgotten Giants, specifically Little Tilde
• Drop your bags off at Absalon Hotel before heading over to Ørstedsparken to let the kids get out some of their energy at the playground
• Go to Mark for dinner

Day 11: Copenhagen

• Explore the city before heading over to Rosenborg Castle
• Spend the rest of the afternoon at Tivoli Gardens, particularly on Rutschebanen which is the oldest roller coaster in Europe, and the third oldest roller coaster in the world

Day 12: Copenhagen to Malmö, Sweden

• Take a day trip over to Malmö, Sweden
• Visit the Malmö Castle before heading to the castle garden, Slottsträdgården
• Have lunch at Malmö Saluhall
• Go to the Disgusting Food Museum
• Explore the rest of the city before heading back to Copenhagen

Day 13: Tivoli Gardens in Copenhagen

• Spend the entire day at Tivoli Gardens

Day 14: Tivoli Gardens in Copenhagen

• Enjoy your last day in Copenhagen by relaxing at the hotel’s pool
• Eat at The Romper for dinner
